We have a downtown Location, in the main avenue of Madrid, 'La Gran via', Our rooms are comfortable, our bathrooms super clean plus we have amazing views from our balconys. Any Cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours before arrival date, otherwise the 50% of accommodation will be charged onto your credit card. Please note we have only mix dorms for 6 or 14 people. Payment in cash only and guests must leave a deposit of 10 euros for a set of keys and each guest have to have a set of keys, in other words one set of keys per person ( per guest). NOTE: The hostel remains closed everyday between 11 hrs and 14 hrs for the cleaning time, you can leave your luggage here before that time, and the check in time its after 14 hrs any time, to leave luggage here during cleaning time should be with previous advice. email, or phone call. *******Very Important to have a student card for the check in time otherwise the booking it will be cancelled********** IMPORTANT: For new years evening we have a minimum stay of 2 nights starting from the 31st of Dic , its possible to book for new years only if you book and pay for those 2 nights, 31 -2010 dic, 1st jan 2011
