Description : Very nice attic like apartment located in Antón Martin Street; totally oriented to the outside of the building. Bright and sunny! Just a few minutes walking to many interesting sites (El Prado Museum, Thyssen, Reina Sofía (5 min.), Royal Palace (12 min), Puerta del Sol (8 min.), Huertas -Bº Letras (5 min). Also, near by the Municipal Market, small shops, public parking lots, movie theatres, restaurants, “tapa” bars, pubs, pharmacies. Amenities: 1 single room, 1 sofa/bed (both with fluffy latex mattresses), 1 bathroom, and 1 independent kitchen. Heating and hot water by gas, air conditioner, oven-grill, vitroceramic, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TFT-TDT TV (40 channels), internet (DSL, Wi-Fi, 6 megas download), toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tableware, table setting, pots, pans… Eiderdown, pillows (both available in different texture and consistency), 2 full-length mirrors, 3 wardrobes, cradle (upon request). Towels, sheets and cleaning service included. Economic prices from Monday to Thursday - except holidays and only from Monday to Thursday This rate includes taxes, insurance, gas, water, electricity and cleaning service, etc. NO MORE ADDED FEES, EXCEPT A DEPOSIT (100€) THAT IT WILL BE RETURNED AT THE DEPARTURE. Reservation There is no payment required (Relax!! No credit card numbers or bank account asked! You come, see the apartment; and, if you like it, you take it!) Cash payment required for the amount of days rented. Entrance from 24:00 to 02:00 will have an extra charge of 30 €. Deposit The deposit (100 €) will be given at the time of entrance and return at departure (if everything is fine). Minimum stay: 2 days
